🍛 Chicken Curry Recipe
1. Ingredients:
- 500g chicken pieces (boneless or bone-in) 🍗
- 2 tbsp oil or butter 🛢️
- 1 onion, finely chopped 🧅
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
- 1-inch ginger, grated 🫚
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or fresh tomatoes 🍅
- 1 cup coconut milk or cream 🥥
- 1 tsp curry powder + 1 tsp garam masala 🌶️
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional for heat) 🔥
- Salt to taste ⚖️
- Fresh cilantro for garnish 🌿
- Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, brown the chicken pieces. Remove & set aside. 🍳
- In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, & ginger until fragrant. ⏰
- Add tomato paste & spices; cook 2–3 min. 🍅
- Return chicken to pan, mix well. Add coconut milk & simmer 20–25 min until chicken is tender. 🍲
- Season with salt, sprinkle dhania on top. 🌟
Serve hot with rice, naan, or chapati! 🍚🥖😍
