Ingredients ๐
- 2 cups beef (cut into cubes) ๐ฅฉ
- 1 cup dried beans (preโsoaked) or canned beans ๐ซ
- 2 cups rice ๐
- 2 onions, chopped ๐ง
- 2 tomatoes, blended ๐
- 1 tsp garlic paste ๐ง
- 1 tsp ginger paste ๐ซ
- 2 tbsp cooking oil ๐ข๏ธ
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt & pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
- Fresh coriander for garnish ๐ฟ
- Red onion slices for serving ๐ง

Method ๐ฉโ๐ณ
- Boil beans until tender (about 30โ40 min) โฐ.
- In a pot, heat oil, fry onions, garlic & ginger till fragrant ๐ฅ.
- Add beef, brown it, then mix in tomato puree & spices. Simmer 20 min โณ.
- Add cooked beans to the beef mixture, let stew thicken (10โ15 min) ๐ฒ.
- Cook rice separately until fluffy ๐.
- Serve rice with the beefโbean stew, topped with sliced red onion and coriander .
