    • 2 cups beef (cut into cubes) ๐Ÿฅฉ
    • 1 cup dried beans (preโ€‘soaked) or canned beans ๐Ÿซ˜
    • 2 cups rice ๐Ÿš
    • 2 onions, chopped ๐Ÿง…
    • 2 tomatoes, blended ๐Ÿ…
    • 1 tsp garlic paste ๐Ÿง„
    • 1 tsp ginger paste ๐Ÿซš
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ
    • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt & pepper ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
    • Fresh coriander for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
    • Red onion slices for serving ๐Ÿง…
  2. Method ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

    • Boil beans until tender (about 30โ€‘40 min) โฐ.
    • In a pot, heat oil, fry onions, garlic & ginger till fragrant ๐Ÿ”ฅ.
    • Add beef, brown it, then mix in tomato puree & spices. Simmer 20 min โณ.
    • Add cooked beans to the beef mixture, let stew thicken (10โ€‘15 min) ๐Ÿฒ.
    • Cook rice separately until fluffy ๐Ÿš.
    • Serve rice with the beefโ€‘bean stew, topped with sliced red onion and coriander .
